Every Festive season Nespresso release a range of Limited Edition Variations to all Nespresso lovers. For the 2015 season they have launched a trio offering the perfect balance of sweet, spicy and biscuit flavours. The Variations range was inspired by the warming aromas of the festive season – rich dark chocolate, comforting vanilla, sweet almond, aromatic cardamom and spicy ginger notes and comprises three perfectly balanced coffees, each of which has been paired with Livanto, the Grand Cru with the optimum profile for complementing different flavours. Welcome the Nespresso 2015 Limited Edition Variations: Vanilla Amaretti, Ciocco Ginger, Vanilla Cardamom.
After taste testing each of the new variations and falling in love with all of them, the stand outs for me are the Vanilla Amaretti and the Ciocco Ginger.
I wanted to try out one of the delicious looking recipe cards available on the website to use these Limited Edition Variations and though they all sound amazing, I just could not go past the Ciocco Ginger Viennois. I also wanted to show you how it simple it is to create a little after dinner coffee treat or a brunch tipple with the Variations and just a few extra ingredients. This beverage feels indulgent and is perfect for the upcoming season of entertaining, hosting and visiting.
Gifting with the new Nespresso Variations is easy and will always be well received. In a sleek black gift box or bag, present a sleeve of one or all of the new variations, a bottle of Lowry Peaks Bitter Orange Splashing Syrup and another of Lewis Road Creamery’s Double Cream with a hand scripted recipe card for this delicious little drink. Everyone loves and appreciates a gift they can savour. If you’re feeling extremely generous or you’re seeking a gift of a little more substance, you could add in the Pixie Espresso & Lungo Kit too because it honestly does enhance my coffee-drinking ritual, drinking out of one of my special Nespresso cups!
With the perfect balance of sweet, spicy and biscuit flavours, the Variations range has been tailor made by Nespresso’s sensory specialists to create a range of beautiful flavours that everyone will love.
